Responsible for leading ERCOT-compliant transmission planning, large-load interconnection studies, NERC/TRE reliability compliance, and long-term grid expansion strategy exceeding $120M annual capital portfolio. Active engagement in ERCOT working groups (ROS, PLWG, DWG, SSWG, LLWG).
