- Generated project schedules, project proposals and Statement of Work (SOW). Identified project resources and suppliers. Requested time to customer for slotting/obtaining a UUT. Acted as a Point of contact with customer/supplier. Responsible for conducting design reviews meetings.
- Prepared project progress-status report to customer. Responsible for tracking Suppliers and AMAT Test Fixtures schedules, budget, delivery cycle time, Quality, Safety Issues and project progress.
- In charge of Hardware Design, components selection, and training technician/Manufacturing Engineers, write test Procedures, spare parts selection, and ECO documentation release for Test Fixtures resulting on $42 K head count saving for Test Engineering.
- Performed as Project Manager and Test Engineer for VMO Test Fixtures validation and Gauge R & R for Volume Manufacturing Organization 200mm Robots and 300mm Single Wafer Load lock Test Fixture. As a result, encountered Software and Hardware design errors on validated Test Fixtures.
- Wrote Statement of Work for Test Engineering Department for Test Fixtures verification for New Test Fixtures and Upgrade existing Test Fixtures and served as a Senior Mentor for a Test Engineer.
- Prepared classes and trained 300mm TSG chamber work center test technicians and Manufacturing Engineers on Final Test 300mm Radiance RP/ATM and LPCVD systems (VME and cPCI) resulting on a training cost saving to the TSG chamber work center of $2 K per technician.
