COMMUNICATION CONSULTANT
Communication: As a community engagement specialist, I have successfully navigated the complex landscape of municipal governmental public policymaking. I have a thirty-year track record of cultivating and preserving relationships through effective communication strategies, public speaking, technical research, and writing in the field of municipal governance, where I represent disenfranchised constituents. My proven ability to interact in person and virtually with diverse stakeholders, including neighborhood groups, nonprofit organizations, neighborhood leaders, political candidates and parties, activists, small businesses, corporate partners, governmental entities, media, and voters, sets me apart.
Strategic Thinking: I specialize in strategic analysis for projects with established rubrics, including municipal land development codes, comprehensive master plans, municipal ordinances, city boards and commissions, federal and state regulatory agencies, feasibility studies, zoning, historic preservation, environmental impacts of aquifers and trees, and air quality. Information gathering through interviews, open records requests, and producing ghostwritten news pieces and white papers.
