  • Work with 14 different Health Science Department Chairs from 14 different programs to provide support and leadership in fully implementing the Guided Pathways model.
  • Provide support and leadership to programs to access and better understand current research on student success, and to convene faculty/departmental/dean area meetings specifically focused on analysis and discussion of disaggregated departmental data, with an eye to improving “success equity”.
  • Provide support and leadership for program evaluation and assessment, including the Discipline Assessment Cycle and Program Review.
