Job responsibilities include developing the syllabus, preparing and delivering lectures to students, compiling bibliographies and specialized materials for outside reading assignments, stimulating class discussions, compiling, administering and grading examinations, working as a team member of the department and other related teaching/departmental duties as assigned.  The teaching methods utilized include classroom planning for use of lectures, books, and videos as well as interactive activities to keep students interested and engaged in the learning process.
