Prepare and teach courses to a diverse student population based on the discipline's course learning outcomes and standards.

Help students develop metalinguistic awareness, learn to analyze texts with reading skills, effectively apply various speaking styles, and write different modes of academic essays.

Participate in departmental responsibilities, including serving on the assessment committee and work groups assigned by the chair; assist in the planning, developing, and evaluating the instructional program.

Give detailed and timely feedback to students and evaluate their progress in the light of departmental expectations; collaborate with other faculty to improve students’ learning progress.

Established the first drama club in the department and incorporated improvisational theater exercises into the classroom to expand upon English literature and improve their presentation skills.
