Lecturer of the final The Beatles, Popular Music, and Society Master’s course, Liverpool Hope 2020-2021 - Considering fields and theories dealing with History, Semiotics, Culture, Tourism, Film, Ethnography, and Popular Music Studies. Courses entitled:
Historical & Critical Approaches. Histories, Ethnographies, Tourism, and Liverpool England: This course explored and employed historical methodology through methods such as ethnography and historiography while considering Liverpool’s history and tourism.
Cultural Musicology and the Beatles: This interdisciplinary humanities course allowed for a historical exploration of popular music, geography, meaning, and textual and semiotic analysis of popular music.
M.A. Dissertation Adviser: Adviser on a Master’s Dissertation for Liverpool Hope University.
A.P. Human Geography, A.P. World History, and SPED/Academic World Geography: An exciting course that covers the world through culture, industry, agriculture, city planning, the environment, and more. (5 years)

Global Gender and Women's Studies FLC. This training encourages growth and improving teaching practices among ACC staff with a focus on gender and women's studies within our own lessons, 2023-2024.
Great Questions Seminar. This training teaches ACC faculty how to teach the course and offers a collaborative work experience that encourages growth and improving teaching practices, June of 2023.
Associate Fellowship of Higher Education (AFHEA). This title is awarded through evidence of professional practice and university student support based in academic research and teaching methodology in the higher education classroom. This certification recognizes that I understand and implement current and effective pedagogy in the university classroom. July 2021.

Giving my time to my community is extremely important to me, and I feel there is no better way to connect than volunteering!
Rockin’ Reading, Creator and Host: Bastrop Public Library, June 2022 and May 2023 - ongoing. I develop and execute each event for the young people of my local community. These events celebrate popular music, fandom, reading, and community - free for the library and the public. Each Saturday we focused on a different artist or group such as the Beatles, Dolly Parton, Aretha Franklin, and the upcoming: Selena!
I am particulary proud of these events as they are full of joy and love between young fans and readers!
