Comfortable clothing with hipline and ribline delineation.

Both improvisational and choreographic techniques will be utilized.

On line portion of this course is viewing and doing the Basic Instructional 4-part DVD  Bellydance! with Z-Helene. A short review of each part is required.

Final is an OPTIONAL END OF CLASS RECITAL-- in class showcase, invite of friends and family. Dancers do  group and/or individual dances. You do not have to perform, but you do have to come to the recital.
