Course Description & Learning Outcomes
Course Description: The course covers behavioral and legal approaches to the management of human resources in organizations, employeestaffing, maximizing employee potential, organizational behavior, management-labor relations, compensation and security, and the relevance of the HRM functions inachieving the goals of the organization. Students will discuss the role of human resource management in relations to organizational requirements. Human resources management related case problems are included.
Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to discuss representative laws and or principles concerning , objectives of the HRM functions, external and internal influences affecting HRM management, legalaspects of HRM, training and development, protecting and evaluating human resources and employee reward systems.
