GENERAL  REQUIREMENTS
1. Read the textbook material.
2. Prepare yourself for course quizzes.
3. Take three quizzes during the semester on the established schedule.
4. Read the following contracts for quizzes purposes:
    A. Independent Contractor Agreement
    B. Listing Agreement & Addenda & complete case study
    C. Buyer Representation Agreement & complete case study

5. Know quiz reviews prior to attempting.

1. Quizzes consists of multiple choice and true-false questions
2. Quiz value:
       Quiz 1 = 20% of grade
       Quiz 2 = 20% of grade
       Quiz 3 = 30% of grade

       A = 90-100%
       B = 80-89%
       C = 70-79%
       D = 60-69%
       F = 59% and below

3. Quiz questions will be taken from textbook material, required contracts and course
    documents. Missed Quizzes or Late Work must be approved by Instructor.

4. Quiz Schedule and Case Study Schedule: You must take the quizzes ON OR BEFORE
    the dates indicated.            

5. Contract Case Studies

DISCIPLINE:

1. Identify reasons for suspension or revocation of real estate license
2. Illustrate ways in which agency relationships can be created and terminated
3. Describe the fiduciary relationship that exists between an agent and his principal
4. Discuss Deceptive Trade Practices Act as it affects the real estate agent and the duties and
      obligations of the client, customer, and agent; distinguish between dual agency and
       intermediary broker relationships
5. Explain the mandatory Sellers Disclosure of Property Condition form
