Course Requirements
COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

2. Contacts: You will be required to have at least two (2) e-mail/phone contacts with your instructor or an assistant during the semester. In each contact, we request that you provide the following information: your name, course name/section, phone number, email address and ACC ID number. When you email your instructor, it is best to cc the assistant as well. This will give you a quicker response as the number of total students is quite high and many are in more than one class. ** If no one answers the phone, leave a message; it still counts as a contact even if you don’t speak to anyone. Contact emails will not be answered unless you have specific questions.
3. Chapter Reviews & Self-Checks:
Each chapter will have 9-20 questions at the end that must be answered and submitted on Blackboard. See assistant for help submitting.
4. Exams:
All exams are to be taken directly on Blackboard. You are STRONGLY encouraged to use the Study Guides to prepare for your exams. The Study Guides which are located on Blackboard consist of multiple choice questions with the corresponding textbook page numbers listed. The exams are taken from directly from the Study Guides. The chapter breakdown of all exams is as follows:
Exam 1 Covers chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Exam 2 Covers chapters 6, 7, 8, 9
Exam 3 Covers chapters 10, 11, 12, 13, 14
Exam 4 Covers chapters 15, 16, 17, 18
Each exam has 30 questions. You may retest each exam ONCE if you wish to improve your grade. You must take all tests at least once for to receive a grade in this course. All exams are on blackboard.
